Flex-Staff, Inc. is Hiring a Business Development Specialist (inside/outside sales) Near Appleton, WI

We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at one of the area's leading independent staffing services companies! The primary responsibility of this position is to develop new business relationships in a highly-competitive industry by effectively communicating with prospective client companies via mail, e-mail, phone, and in person. This position will require frequent in-state travel and cold calling both on the phone and in person. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, disciplined, results-driven, and able to work well both independently, and as part of a team. Two years of experience in outside sales of a service or other non-tangible, and a post high-school degree preferred. Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

First year's total compensation is expected to be in the range of $45,000 to $50,000.
